times a week and buy the freshest possible food, just down from the farm. I was eating it mostly raw, making giant salads and also at that time I was eating fish. I was having wild fish whenever possible but I read in articles in the paper that it was hard to get wild fish and I was a little concerned about that. But this was all prior to Fukushima and the Gulf incident. More and more, I was eating the freshest possible fruits and vegetables, some whole grains, nuts and seeds, brown rice, that was about it. I was also exercising everyday. I am not a spiritual or religious person but I believe in helping people and I saw pretty much right away that my energy level was higher than everyone else. They were all going through chemo, they were going through radiation and were exhausted. They were hairless, they were just sick in every possible way and I wasn’t. My energy was going toward - let’s do a walk together, maybe do yoga. I was researching information for myself and I realized fairly early on that people who were doing conventional treatment could benefit from the same kinds of things that I was doing.
