AB: The best thing that you can do is to try to teach them the best you can and let them go because once you made them realize the benefits of eating clean food when they are confronted with bad food, and they feel in their body how bad it is for them then will realize that their mom is right. KK: They just spent a week at a gluten free camp in Georgia and they had the time of their lives and they loved the food. They know that the only time that they can be gluten free is at my house but that doesn’t mean that their father’s house is wrong, it’s just different. That’s how I try to make all of that clear.
