When I was going through the Nutritional Therapy Association last year, when I was getting my NTP certification, I realized then how severe my adrenal fatigue was. I was getting dizzy all the time. I was having a lot of problems with it because I was very stressed out. At that time I was not managing my stress and I was very overwhelmed. I learned a lot about the importance of getting to sleep actually before 11 o’clock because that second wind comes in and your cortisol changes and if you don’t get to sleep before then, you’re kind of screwed.
