Those are the keyways
of starting my day.
But I tell you, I need 8 to
10 hours of sleep. I’m one
of those people and if I
don’t get that, my day is
going to go into stress
because my cortisol is
going to be screwed up.
So for me, again, it’s all
about being preventive –
how do I make sure that I
do these things that are
not going to lead to my
stress being out of control.
There are a lot of things,
I think meditation is so
super key or like getting
outside like hiking or
walking or just sitting
somewhere in nature
and I love going to cities
sometimes just doing that
even - though traveling
can be really stressful and
hard - but I try to find
something that I enjoy
doing in a new city.
AB: So tell us about
sleep, I realized the better
quality sleep we get is
typically between 9 pm
and 2 in the morning
