KK: Right?! AB: On the stress release, being from the South of France, I am a big fan of relaxing in the sun and taking a nap once in a while. What’s your form of stress release? KK: I love to dance. I never really get a chance to do that as much as I would like to anymore but that’s probably my best form of stress release. I love to go to a nightclub and listen to a lot of electronic music but I’m 37 and a mother of 4 and I like to go to bed at 10 pm. I keep joking on my girlfriends who all love to dance; we are going to open a daytime club. I think again, just like getting out on hiking, spend summer so I have been able to just go to the pool with my kids and lay out in the sun. I love being in the sun, I’m a total sunworshipper. Being in the sun and relaxing is definitely a stress release for me. It’s about preventing stress. Getting out of control for me is not so much about relieving it after the fact. I would say that I try to get up and sit and meditate for at least 10 minutes in the morning. I have been practicing a new way of doing that. I was trying to meditate at night but that never works for me. I have this beautiful little screened-in back porch, and every morning I go out there and work on it. I love it so much. It gives me a lot of peace to drink coffee. I don’t go to work immediately; I just sit up there and drink coffee for a little while.
