SITE & BUILDING W E 50.7894°N 1.1065°W 50.7395°N 1.0386°W 50.7639°N 1.1042°W 50.7425°N 0.91213°W With a growing interest in exploring what lies beneath the seas surface, learning about local maritime history has informed the design of this adaptation, ‘Lost at Sea.’ It is exciting to ‘bring to the surface’ significant wrecks which draw attention to the rich history of Portsmouth as a naval base and the development of its vessel throughout different events in history. The wrecks have been used for different requirements which have been preserved by the silty sea bed. Collaborations with Historic England & the Maritime Archaeology trust provide an opportunity for these protected structures to be explored by may people who would not be able to do so in real life. 50.5430°N 2.0593°W 8
