BOTTLED JUICE
DOESN’T COUNT
When Hallelujah Diet refers to “juicing”
we’re not talking about buying a bottle
of tomato juice at the corner store.
All bottled juices, whether on
a store shelf or in a cooler,
must be heated at high
temperatures (pasteurized)
by the manufacturer. This
heat destroys
living enzymes
and heat sensitive nutrients
that are crucial to properly
feeding your living cells.
ONLY RAW vegetables
themselves or freshly extracted
juices of these vegetables retain
these live nutrients.
Power Aide Juice
• 4 ounces of freshly extracted carrot juice
(roughly 1/2 pound of carrots if not juiced already)
• 1 cup spinach
• 1/8-inch slice of ginger
• 1/2 medium cucumber
•
2 celery ribs including leaves
• 1/2 sweet apple (peeled if not organic)
Run veggies through juicer, strain, and ENJOY!
“A person with an
acidic body cannot
lose weight and keep
it off. The body must
be made less acidic.
The best foods that
help to do this are
fresh vegetable juices
made from carrots,
celery, spinach,
beets, parsley, and a
little ginger.”

About Juicers

the better.
• High speed juicers (Jack LaLanne, Acme,
Juiceman) draw air and heat into the juicin
