Juicing
Concentrated NUTRITION
When fresh vegetables are fed through a juicer,
the machine separates the pulp (fiber) from the
juice, which concentrates all of the vegetable’s
nutrients into an easily digestible juice. This
means that juice can deliver much more nutrition
to your cells much quicker and with much less
energy than digesting whole food.
For example, even if your digestive system
is healthy, you can only assimilate 35% of the
nutrition in a whole carrot. But if you
extract and drink the juice of
that same carrot, you would
assimilate up to 92% of the
nutrients.1

For this reason, freshly extracted vegetable
juice is known as a “whole food concentrate.”
Certain juice powders, such as Hallelujah
Diet’s line of “Max” juice powders, can also be
classified as whole food
concentrates.
These powders contain
fresh vegetable and/
or barley grass juice
dehydrated at low
temperatures to retain the
fresh juice’s living enzymes.
As such, these powders are
a near-perfect substitute
for freshly extracted juice.

Success Story
“I was diagnosed with colorectal
cancer in February 2009. Not long
after I stopped putting into my body
the things that had caused my cancer
(all animal products and refined sugar)
and started on The Hallelujah Diet,
an abundance of vegetable juices and
BarleyMax, I could feel and see major
improvements in my health. I have
now been symptom-free for many
months and have more energy than I
have had for many years.”

WHY
Juice?
The Hallelujah Diet is based on the diet
given to man in the Garden of Eden, but
our world is a lot different today — which
is why eating a whole foods, plant-based
diet is not enough.
To battle health deteriorating
factors like stress, pollution,
and reduced nutrition
due to depleted farming
soil, your body needs
concentrated nutrients
and the best form
of concentrated
nutrition is juicing.
Juicing is the best source of
high quality, usable nutrition
for your body, so your cells
can revitalize weakened
organs by creating new
healthier cells.
By enabling the body to
create superior cells, juicing helps you
prevent disease and may even reverse it.
