This easy , refrigerated , ready-to-go breakfast can be prepared the night before .

OVERNIGHT OATMEAL with Bananas and Walnuts

Serving Size : 1 | Prep Time : 5 minutes | Cook Time : 5 minutes | Passive Time : 7 hours
Ingredients
• 1 / 2 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1 / 3 cup skim or almond milk
• 1 / 4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions
1 . Place ingredients in a small dish or mason jar and mix with a spoon .
2 . Cover and refrigerate overnight .
3 . In the morning , stir and top with your favorite fruit and 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts .
Optional
Warm in the microwave for 45-60 seconds and add additional milk if desired .
