ing mechanism, it has become so indispensable that now technological ease has
become a part of our daily lives, while nature has become increasingly unnatural to us.
Less and less time is spent outdoors and more and more time is spent with our comput-
ers, games, cell phones and machinery.
Now I am not saying that I am against technology, for one, I would not have a business if
it weren’t for connecting through the amazing tools of internet, wifi, cell phone,
computer, FaceBook, and Zoom. For another, the LifeGrid community would not be alive
either. Many of my treasured friends and clients span across the globe, and the ability to
connect with anyone at any time with the click of a butto n is fantastic and magical.
What I am saying is that when technology completely consumes and takes over your life,
there is a disruption in the natural harmony of your physical body, energetic bodies and
the earth, that provides an amazing breeding ground in your physical body to develop
dis-ease and illnesses. So what do we do now? Technology isn’t going anywhere anytime
soon. Here’s an idea. We work with nature and then use technology to help the planet.
I was working with an amazing friend of mine the other day who lives here in Phoenix.
He is a Medium and an Interior designer for homes. About on the brink of another
nervous breakdown he was literally at his witts end. I asked him when was the last time
he went outside and sat in the grass. Ha! Like, he couldn’t remember. Plus, we live in the
desert here and most all of our yards are dirt or xero scaped with gravel and cactus. The
closest patch of grass is in his neighbor's yard. A couple days later he attended a
workshop and had the brilliant idea to walk home instead of Ubering. He walked seven
miles and an amazing thing happened. All of his energy shifted, the stuck energy
dissipated, his body loved it, and he was able to majorly change some uncomfortable
situations that were causing anxiety in his life…..with total ease. Just by taking a walk
and being willing to momentarily disconnect and quiet his mind temporarily from all
the chatter of technology.
We are naturally all….EVERY person…..that inhabits the planet, is intuitive, and aware.
It’s our natural state of being. Our hearts naturally beat in rhythm with the energy of the
earth’s vibration. Depending on what you are tuning into and the frequency that you are
in alignment with dictates what harmony you are communicating with.
Connecting with the earth and nature on a regular daily basis is something that is
mandatory in my daily life. If I have a full work schedule I bring my laptop outside to
work. When my boys get home from school and homework is completed we go to the
grassy park and connect there as well. Even with my clients, there are many times I
require that our sessions be done outside….weather permitting.
Connecting with the earth as often as you can creates an authentic heart centered
foundation to create from and with. It creates more ease in your body and believe it or
not….it creates magic in your business.
