Connections without Borders NOV 2017 by Janie Lin As our planet shifts and changes on its journey of transition so do its inhabitants. With the expansion of technology and explosions of activity on FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and all the other landing sites for social media and virtual residence…..people are becoming less and less connected with the earth. As brilliant as these creations are, they have created a whole new energy field around the earth called the technosphere. The technosphere is an electromagnetic field around the earth that was created with the globalization of information and communications technology. Allied with media, internet, and cell phone networks our planet is cloaked in a maze of electromagnetic noise, wireless signals, microwaves, radio waves, cell phone signals and transmitters, contributing to less and less of a desire for people to truly experience “quiet time”. As we talk, text, e-mail, radio, and surf the Web through landlines and satellite signals, with the one hundred billion communications that occur each day, the earth is becom- ing a ball of electromagnetic activity. The likes and effects of this have never been experienced before. Our bodies connect to the earth, and this organic connection has been diluted by the artificial sheath of the technosphere. It has literally created a new energy body around the earth. Billions of people are connected to this and influenced by it.
