6 Life Designer, March 2015 Recipe Of The Month Maacher Jhaal (Curried Fish with Mustard ) (by Mrs. R. Basu) Aloo Posto (Potato Cooked With Poppy Seeds) (by Mrs. R. Basu) Ingredients           Potatoes 5 to 6 medium.  Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus/Posto) Soaked 4 Tablespoons.  Mustard Oil 2 Teaspoons.  Nigella (Kalonji) ½ teaspooon.  2 Green chillies.  Haldi (turmeric)  Salt to taste.  Method 1. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan till it smokes. Turn down heat. 2. Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes. Drain and Grind (khuskhus) poppy seeds to a fine paste. 3. Heat the mustard oil again, add onion seeds and stir add potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add (khuskhus) poppy seed paste and mix. Cover and cook again till the potatoes are Done. Ը
