The Present gives you actual
circumstances to work within
your limitations and your

not work for you yesterday,
may suddenly be very easy to
execute today because times
have changed. When you
combine the two, it provides
you with an ability to PLAN
the Future to your advantage.
Time Management is all about
PLANNING. Time
management makes you more
productive in every way,
because you proceed to do
things in an orderly fashion.

Management is making To Do
Lists. It is imperative that you
jot down every little action or
errand on a list. If you follow an
order according to priority, you
will soon be very efficient.
Given below are some

you to make such a list.
1.Time frame from waking in
the morning to leaving for
the work place.
2.Time frame for homemakers
from waking in the morning
to seeing family go to
office/school etc.
3.Most important tasks to be
done on reaching the work
place. These include attending
to your daily correspondence,
looking over a file for that
afternoon meeting, bringing
up a point with the Boss etc.
according to your plan, there
will be no urgency nor waste
of time, e.g., pay your
electricity bill as soon as you
can instead of waiting for
the due date. The line to pay
is shorter and your time is
not wasted.

Delegation. When you read a
particularly long li
