members' weights (unless you just want to brag!)
We will give prizes (FITBIT), so a $5 per month per person donation will be
encouraged. We will discuss the possible donation with participants before the November
start date.
A healthy diet and exercise program are the keys to healthy weight loss. If possible,
we will sponsor a group workout. The ideal weight loss per week is 2-3 lbs. We are not
promoting fad diets. We want our members to become healthier in a responsible way. The
primary goal is weight loss and a healthy lifestyle change.
So let's REFRESH, REBRAND, RECOMMIT and EXPECT THE GREAT!
