NEW Power of Focus
Focus means paying attention! To
develop focus, you need to develop
the skill of paying attention—to a
thought, task or goal for a specified
amount of time, without the
interference of distractions. Develop
this skill with these simple exercises
that you can do every day. Then,
when it comes time to focus, you can
draw on these techniques, which will
also help increase your willpower
and self-belief. A supply fee of $20 is
payable to the instructor at class for
the workbook. Freddie Bell
