NEW Mindfulness Meditation
Discover this relaxation technique that allows you to focus inward
while calming your mind and body. Achieve inner peace by learning to
focus on the present moment and acknowledge thoughts and feelings
instead of pushing them away. Studies have shown that the practice of
mindfulness meditation can improve overall physical and mental health
by improving mood, discovering meaning in life, providing protection
from memory loss, and improving sleep. Mindfulness meditation is
a practice, meaning that it is meant to be ongoing and consistent.
