NEW Rhubarb, Sweet & Savory
Rhubarb's bracing sourness not only
complements berries (strawberries,
raspberries and blueberries); it also
balances nicely with sweet toppings
of oats, butter, pecans, and flour in
rhubarb crisps; mellows out in the
simplest of rhubarb custard pies; and
cuts through the sweet fattiness of
pork in sensuous braises. A $10 food
fee is payable in class. Please bring
your best cutting knife and a closed
container for leftovers and scrubby/
dishcloth and towel for cleanup.

and it takes a zen-like balance to
really make them memorable.
Once you learn, you will be able
to pass on Yin’s lovely, elegant
recipe and technique for
