Essentrics®
Feel good about your body
regardless of your age. Essentrics® is
a dynamic, full-body stretching and
strengthening exercise program that
can help rebalance muscles, loosen
joints, improve posture, and increase
freedom of movement. Plus, you will
love how relaxed you feel after each
class. Wear comfortable clothing,
bring an exercise mat, water, and
1-2 hand towels. Please note that
Essentrics® is done bare-footed.

Nordic Walking
Take a simple walk and turn it into a
full body workout without feeling like
you are working any harder! Increase
your heart rate, burn more calories,
strengthen your upper body, and
create resistance to build better
bone density. Poles are provided for
use during this walk and information
is available on where to purchase
your own poles for future walks. Give
it a try, you will be hooked! Wear
comfortable shoes and dress for
weather—the class is held outside.
