NEW Fall Favorites
Apples, pumpkins and squash —oh my! Cook a complete meal—
appetizer, entree with side, and dessert, all featuring fall harvest
ingredients. You will go home with a recipe book with additional recipes
not covered in class. Bring a dishtowel and a container for leftovers.
Food cost of $12 payable to the instructor at the time of class.

Czechoslovakian immigrants
brought their passion and recipes
for kolaches to the Midwest as early
as the 1860's. Learn to make these
old world pastries from start to
finish. Taste the different variations
that you made in class. Plan to take
home an assortment to share with
family, friends or to freeze. You will
leave with many recipes, tips and
techniques. Better than the bakery!
$13 food fee payable in class. Bring

Soup with Chef Molly
Begin or strengthen your soup making skills by learning the practical art of
soup making with Chef Molly. In this hands-on class, prepare a chickpea and
dumpling soup. Learn to make and roll dumplings and add a flour roux to
create a creamy finish. This pleasing soup is vegan and yields lots of leftove rs.
Additional soup recipes will be shared. Come to class with your questions and
ideas. Bring your favorite soup pot, dishcloth, chef's knife and container for
leftovers. A $10 food fee is payable to instructor in class. Molly Clark
