or Jessica Iddings, the secret to
success is building relationships with
everyone you work with. She says, “This is
a relationship business. You have to gain
their trust, and the rest just follows.”
Jessica’s 13 years as a massage therapist
helped her understand the importance of
having a relationship with her clients. She
learned how to listen to their needs and
complaints. She makes it all about them.
She says she never sells the essential oils,
she only shares.
“I’ve had people say, ‘You are a terrible
business woman,’ because I’m not a
pusher. I want my clients to believe in
these products. I want them to say,
‘I want what you’ve got.’” She always tells
new consultants to start out by sharing
from the heart.
“Make a list of people that you know that
have health issues or that you’ve seen
struggling and those are the people
you approach. Reach out to them and
give them the chance to see something
natural that’s going to help them.”
Jessica used to think essential oils were
“a bunch of junk,” but changed her mind
when they helped her struggling son. She
says, “I remember feeling like I was totally
