So I bought an EMS machine called the EMS 7500 for $ 50 dollars or so. What I would do is put two of the pads on and I created a little workout plan.
The plan was to stick to the 3 days a week 60 minutes each session for 12 weeks. It turned out in the first few weeks it took me about 40 minutes and I worked my way up to around 60 minutes. I wasn’ t strict on the time, whenever I was finished I was finished. And at last
