Pool Guest Fees
Guests at the pools are subject to a $ 3.00 fee per guest and payment is accepted at the pool gate entrance ( cash only ).

PRIVATE USE THROUGH ENFORCEMENT
The key to ensuring that the overall security efforts work is by enforcing LLA identification and permit usage . LLA Members must have permits placed properly on their vehicles and have their membership ID with them while at community amenities and common properties . Members should never lend these items to guests / relatives / etc .
RECYCLING
Recycling pickup is through Frederick County and is currently every other Wednesday . It is not a service provided by the LLA . All blue recycling bins are the property of Frederick County and remain with the home . All recycling bins must be stored out of sight of the community .
