PETS
Leash use is always required on LLA property ( except within the Dog Park ). All pets must be under the physical control of its owner ( with the use of a physical leash ). It is against Frederick County ordinance to allow dogs or any other pet to run loose . Between Memorial Day and Labor Day ( summer season ), dogs are not permitted on the beaches from 7 am to 7 pm . More pet information is available on page 40-41 .
Dog Park LLA offers a lovely , well-equipped dog park in Summerfield for the exclusive use and enjoyment of LLA residents and their dogs . The park features pet waste clean-up stations , drinking water fountains , and separate play areas for small and large dogs . Access to the park is from the Summerfield pool / tennis parking lot . Park hours of operation are currently dawn to dusk .
Pet Memorial Plaques Customized 3 ” x 8 ” plaques are featured on a memorial located at the dog park . Owners can memorialize their beloved canine through purchasing a memorial plaque . Please review the order form in your Member Account if you are interested in purchasing a memorial plaque .
Pet Waste Stations The primary responsibility of pet owners is to clean up after pets while out walking in the community . LLA provides pet waste stations along trails and pathways , as well as in common areas . These stations also provide owners with bags to clean up pet waste . Please properly dispose of your pet ’ s waste .

Payments can be made in your Member Account via credit card or bank transfer .

Permits are issued for the following items listed on your membership account :

• Vehicles
• Boats
• Golf Carts
• Portable Basketball Hoops
Permit Information
• Permits come in the form of a sticker .
• To be valid , ALL items listed above must properly display their assigned permit .
• Permits should not be removed . These stickers are permanent and will not need replacing until they wear off .
• Permits are only issued if you report a permit sticker lost / damaged OR if a new item is added to your account .
• The status of your membership and permits are dependent on your financial status with the HOA . Paying your HOA Dues by March 31st renews your membership and permits .
POOLS
There are currently four swimming pools available within Lake Linganore for all Members in Coldstream , Oakdale at Town Center , Summerfield , and West Winds villages .
Currently pools open 11 am to 8:30 pm . Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day . During the school year , pools
