Deluxe Potato Casserole

6 medium potatoes, cooked
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 cup grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Cool potatoes. Toss lightly with cottage cheese, sour cream, and onion.
Season with salt and pepper. Place in a
glass 9" x 13" casserole dish. Bake for
30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with
cheese.
Easy Fruit Salad
Wanda Chavis, North Carolina
1 15-ounce jar tropical fruit
1 15-ounce jar pineapple chunks
1 15-ounce jar or can mandarin oranges
1 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries
4-5 bananas, sliced
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Drain all fruit. Pour into an attractive serving bowl. Add sliced bananas.
(Optional: Add 2 cups pecan pieces or
halves.) Stir in 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Chill and serve.
