New Homes
for Rent Based
on Income

On November 2010, The organization
HRA of Willmar began to issue the first
new homes for rent. For several years more
than 50 people signed up on the waiting list
in hope of having a new home to live.
On November 2010 17 homes were
given out. At the end of December 2010
seven more homes were given out. Toward
the end of January 2011 the last four homes
will be given out. ¨ The applications were received in August 2010. However, although

La organización HRA de Willmar comenzó a entregar en noviembre 2010 las
primeras casas nuevas para rentar. Durante
varios años más de 50 personas se inscribieron en la lista de espera con la ilusión de
tener una casa nueva en donde vivir.
En noviembre 2010 se entregaron 17
casas, para finales de diciembre 2010 se
entregaron 7 y se espera que finales de
enero 2011 se entreguen las ultimas 4

people who wish to apply to do so by coming to our office at any time to fill out the
application and be part of the waiting list.
The most important requirement is to verify the net income and depending on this
information we’ll know whether you qualify, ¨ said Niki.
The rent for a two bedroom home is
$460 and a three bedroom is $626. The
minimum amount of income for a two
bedroom must be $15.898 and for a three
bedroom it’s $21.362.
The organization currently offers two
and three bedroom homes. To apply go to
