Abstract
The importance of the spine is evident, because thanks to it can perform daily activities such as walking, sitting, getting up, etc. For this reason it is imperative to take care of the health of our column. Bad posture habits and inadequate positions when sitting, lying down, lifting objects and even standing up over a short or long term our lumbar health bringing with it discomfort, cramps and diseases that disfavor well-being. The problem is that we do not know how to properly care for our back, why this article is focused on providing accurate information about the correct way to perform common activities. The back pain can range from mild and constant pain to sharp sharp stitches that make movement difficult. Pain can arise suddenly, with a fall when lifting something heavy. It can also get worse little by little. The treatments that exist today for the improvement of the lumbar health are many, because more than 80 % of the population suffers of back pain or has suffered some time, and is one of the most common reasons why the People go to the physiotherapist. The physiotherapist is in charge of helping to recover the mobility of the affected area and quickly relieve discomfort through massage therapies, the application of temperature, ultrasound, among others. In addition to teaching patients how to prevent future pain.
