Organizations across the world are turning to data analytics to
provide insights that drive business decisions. In your experience
how well has HR adopted and built programmes and policy
decisions based on data analytics - especially in the Indian
context?
Penetration of truly predictive data analytics within
HR is still in a stage of infancy , I believe in many
industries across India. We still have to understand
the simplicity and meaning of the data within the
realms of complex numbers that stare at us. While I
state it , I for one believe in deriving and developing
organizational policies back on feedback data that
we received through various mediums like skip level
engagements, surveys and focus groups.
