In your experience how well has HR adopted and built programmes and policy decisions based on data analytics - especially in the Indian context? Penetration of truly predictive data analytics within HR is still in a stage of infancy , I believe in many industries across India. We still have to understand the simplicity and meaning of the data within the realms of complex numbers that stare at us.
