The hiring of new assistant attorneys and masters of business administration and commercial law remains a strategic priority for us , and we are pleased to see that we continue to be able to attract the best of the best . And it is important that they really are the best . In practice , recruiting the most talented candidates is much like feeding into an ecosystem of , as we like to say , matters that move os , responsibilities that make us grow , and cooperation that lifts us . If we can offer the best legal training , competent leaders and challenging cases , we can attract those candidates who want to continually grow their competencies and make a positive difference for our clients and our business .
It is important for us to keep up with the times and listen to the upcoming generations of legal professionals so that we can remain attractive when it comes time for them to choose where to work . Flexibility is a crucial requirement in any industry . The foundation of our business model is the offering of top-quality legal advice coupled with a keen commercial understanding and the promise of availability whenever our clients need us . To follow through on that promise places high demands on our employees – and , in turn , high demands on our management skills in terms of achieving that kind of flexibility without compromising the needs and wishes of our employees .
While Kromann Reumert no doubt still has room for improvement on that parameter , we do feel we are well on our way . In 2022 , we increased our number of legal professionals by more than 15 %. Over the course of the
