greater than 50 provide less than 1 % more UV protection, at a much higher cost. Keeping it snarky: A couple of cows were smoking joints and playing golf in a nearby farmer’ s field. That’ s right, the steaks were pretty high.
Two golfers were teeing off on the 11th hole when a hearse and funeral procession passed by. The first player stops, doffs his cap and bows his head as the procession passes. The second golfer says“ that was a really nice thing to do. It’ s good to see there is still some respect in the world.”“ Well, it’ s only right,” said the first golfer,“ after all I’ ve been married to her for 35 years.”

Exciting things are always happening at Charbonneau Sports Center! Here is what is happening now, and throughout the summer.
Garron Grounds has created a beautifully landscaped area in front of our new Sports Center courts 3 and 4. Huge boulders, beautiful dry river bed with rock and a variety of plants— and trees that will provide color and interest all year round. It truly is breathtaking. We invite you to come by and take a look!
Free tennis and pickleball clinics are happening monthly for our resident
non-members. Come give it a try. For those interested in joining, memberships require a one-time initiation fee of $ 100 and an annual fee of $ 120 for a single, or $ 180 for a family membership which includes children and grandchildren! The annual fee is prorated when joining during the year, making it even more affordable to join now. Please contact the Activity Center for the date of the next clinic, as well as a membership application if you are interested in joining.
The Julie Clark Charbonneau Junior Tennis Camp will take place this August. Are your kids or grandkids going to be in town this summer and looking for something fun to do? Why not give them the opportunity to learn one of the few lifelong sports: tennis! Many of us learned to play tennis at a very young age and we are still playing today!
