Treasurer / bookkeeper : Help maintain an Excel budget spreadsheet and cash flow statements for the Board of Directors . Annual revenues and expenses are less than $ 50,000 .
Fundraising program : Develop and maintain a network of donors and sponsors that support CAA ’ s mission of music and fine art in schools and our community .
Board leadership : Provide experience and strategic leadership to fulfill the requirements of a 501 © 3 nonprofit corporation Board of Directors .
Music Stage : Work with a committee of residents to help select genres of music and musicians that would entice Charbonneau residents to purchase tickets for a series of fundraising concerts ( April-September 2025 ).

As president , I would like to recognize and thank the current leaders on the Board of Directors and Organizing Committees . We couldn ’ t succeed without their passion and dedication to the arts at Charbonneau and local schools .
Board members include Lindy Anderson , Mary Closson , Eric Hoem , Rose Mason , Cathi McLain , John McLain , Ginny Merriman , Carol Riley , Elaine Swyt , Sue Traeger ; the Music Stage Organizing Committee includes Jim Gibbons , Wayne Richards and Dwaine Wisthoff and CCC staff include Brooke Dickenson and Jim Meierotto .
Sally Harmon will perform in Charbonneau during upcoming concert .
The Charbonneau Festival of the Arts Organizing Committee includes Cathi McLain , Leslie Leeper , Sara Bennett , Peg Wells and dozens more .
Wilsonville Festival of the Arts
The Festival Organizing Committee is currently accepting applications from professional artists and artisans for this Oct . 11-13 event that includes a Fine Art Gallery , Artist and Artisan Booths , a Student Art Gallery with student artwork from area high schools and our always popular Silent Auction fundraiser . Emerging artists , please apply . If you are currently taking or have completed
recent art classes , we welcome your application to exhibit your work . This could be your first step in exhibiting and marketing your art . Applications are open through Sept . 15 . All details are available on the CAA website at https :// charbonneauarts . org .
Music Stage Concerts
The joint effort to schedule fundraising music concerts here at Charbonneau is a cooperative effort by Charbonneau Country Club and Charbonneau Arts Association . The response from residents has been very complementary regarding the venue and the variety of musical styles . Residents also voice their appreciation that these concerts are fundraisers for the performing arts programs at Wilsonville and Canby schools .
The schedule is filled out for the 2024 Music Stage Series ( see Mark Your Calendar above ). The Music Stage Organizing Committee is currently collecting ideas for genres and musical groups to fill out the 2025 season ( April- September ). If anyone would like to join this group of residents and CCC staff person Brooke Dickenson , please contact me , John McLain .
