STEP 01 FIND YOUR MAINTENANCE TDEE The first step to successful weight loss is to determine your total daily energy expenditure which is often abbreviated TDEE. This number is going to vary based upon your height, your weight, your age and your gender. The recommendations for women at 2000 calories a day and for men at 2500 calories a day, may or may not be true for you personally. So let’s figure out what your TDEE is.
