FIND YOUR MAINTENANCE TDEE
The first step to successful weight loss is to determine
your total daily energy expenditure which is often
abbreviated TDEE. This number is going to vary based
upon your height, your weight, your age and your gender.
The recommendations for women at 2000 calories a day
and for men at 2500 calories a day, may or may not be true
for you personally. So let’s figure out what your TDEE is.
Click the GO HERE button and enter your age, your height,
your weight, and your gender (Ignore body fat for now).
Choose “sedentary” as your activity level, regardless of how
active you may be. This will return the caloric intake you
should use, even if you aren’t exercising, to maintain your
weight. That’s the number we need.
