Use tracking apps or a journal. Never
before has it been easier to keep track of
your intake. There are tons of apps out
there to do this. MyFitnessPal is popular
but there are many others. (We’ll offer
some usage tips later in this guide or you
can sign up to attend our livestream
demonstration). Download an app and
commit to using it. If you don’t want to use
an app, get a notebook and record your
intake manually. You’ll have to look up
calorie counts online (not hard) or use a
book with goods listed.
Keeping track of your intake will only take
a 5-10 minutes per day once you get teh
hang of it and the app contains your most
frequently used foods.
