When we know things – this is our intuition talking to us. Your intuition may flash like a lightening bolt of insight in which you “just know” the answer to a question you might be analyzing. Knowing things is a way we can better key into our intuitive nature. When people say “I just know” they are saying they intuitively are aware of something or form an impression about something — and that it turned out to be true. Sometimes we know things before they happen or know the truth within a situation. That comes from our inner knowledge, our spiritual senses and the flashes of insight we receive from the universe angels, spirit guides or our God source. Try to trust this knowing. When we trust our feelings, thoughts, instincts and the flashes of insight we access the bridge to our soul. We find the place where we are one with our truth, or intuition and our own flow. We bridge the divide between the earthly realms and the divine realms, so to speak.
Trusting your intuition is so important because it means you are listening to your awareness. You are sensing your own soul and allowing its conversations to you. Thus in most cases a type of guidance springs forth. Guidance should not make you feel uneasy or fearful. It should feel like a knowing and a truth. It should feel insightful and like “Yes, now that makes some sense”. That is experiencing a moment of enlightenment, and embracing your intuition. Learning to feel what you really do feel and trusting it – allows your intuition and Spirit avenues to communicate with you in the physical realm. Allow, breathe and trust.
To be intuitive is to be one with your self. Try to welcome who feel you really are and what you truly feel. Your intuition is your guide, and apart of you. It is not two separate facets of you but rather apart of your spiritual and humanistic make- up. It is your “Being” and your beingness. Intuition is there to inspire, enlighten, inform and help you, when you are open enough to receiving its blessing. It may often be termed a “gift” but it certainly is not a curse. We are very spiritual and our core and heart center
