who are predisposed to undervalue their contributions. It
is suggested that data scientists will perform better if they
know who they are as a person, and how they can best
deal with colleagues who are different from them. The
professional-social attributes will be essential to their ability
to make a successful contribution inside and outside of
the skills community. These attributes will prove to be very
helpful to data scientists working at a spoke location, or at
the hub in support of the spokes.
