capital strategy.
Current performance and future potential are both important
attributes and the community will be healthiest if it can retain
a group with both. Given the overall competition for data
scientists within the public sector and the private sector, it is
important to understand why the members of the community
who were not identified among the best contributors were
rated that way. The reasons these data scientist were
evaluated as limited contributors can inform the content
