Curriculum +

Curriculum +( C +) is a signature programme crafted to move beyond the boundaries of national examinations, preparing students to be future-ready by cultivating essential 21st Century Competencies. Recognising the demands of a rapidly evolving world, the programme’ s core focus is on developing Critical, Adaptive and Inventive Thinking( CAIT), alongside communication skills and personal growth.
C + provides enriching, hands-on learning experiences for Year 3 students through three modules: Project Work, Entrepreneurship and Coding with Artificial Intelligence( AI). Project Work engages students in collaborative projects that spark creativity, while the electives( Entrepreneurship and Coding with AI) are designed to foster innovative problem-solving and practical, real-world skills. This integrated approach promotes self-directed learning and inventive thinking, empowering students to apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. It seeks to ignite a passion to learn and to equip them with the valuable skills and mindsets necessary for future success.
Year 3 Semester 1 Project Work( PW) develops Critical, Adaptive and Inventive Thinking( CAIT) by engaging students in collaborative, real-world problem solving. Through interdisciplinary, problem-based learning, students integrate knowledge across fields, analyse evidence and refine strategies to create innovative solutions. This process cultivates 21stcentury skills such as analytical thinking, self-directed learning and effective communication, while encouraging reflection and self-awareness.
The project culminates in presenting action products evaluated for research depth, clarity and impact. Ultimately, PW builds confidence for post-secondary success and fosters meaningful engagement with contemporary issues, empowering students to think critically and act creatively in an evolving world.
