National Police Cadet Corps
SJI NPCC has had an outstanding year , achieving a Distinction in the Unit Overall Proficiency Award — the highest accolade recognising the Unit ’ s exceptional performance throughout the year .
In April , SI ( NPCC ) Ethan Seow ( FN401 ), SI ( NPCC ) Ibramsa Idris Ahamed ( FN401 ), and Jedidiah Eo Shuo ( FN401 ) were honoured with the prestigious SPF- NPCC Badge , the pinnacle NPCC award , exclusively presented for exemplary leadership and performance over their four years in NPCC . Additionally , SSGT ( NPCC ) Muhammad Khalid Mohamad S Alkaf ( MN403 ) and SSGT ( NPCC ) Raphael Cheng ( MN403 ) received the Best Unit Cadet Badge , recognising their outstanding contributions and excellence within the Unit .

SJI NPCC actively participated in numerous inter- and intra-unit parades . A key highlight was the SJI Anniversary Parade , an important occasion shared by all five SJI Uniformed Groups ( UGs ) to commemorate the school ’ s anniversary and mark the student leader transition . Four selected cadets also took part in the National Police Annual Parade in April , celebrating the achievements and performance of NPCC units across Singapore .

The Unit also engaged in enriching experiences , such as visits to police establishments including the Police Heritage Centre and the Home Team Academy Gallery . In inter-unit competitions , SJI NPCC secured second place in a football competition hosted by St . Patrick ’ s School and participated in games competitions organised by Nanyang Girls ’ High School and Raffles Girls ’ School .
As part of the Police Youth Ambassador programme , SJI NPCC collaborated with Ray of Hope , Tampines Meridian Junior College students , and Kampong Java NPC in a unique initiative . Together with migrant workers , they learned about scam prevention , played games like badminton and dodgeball , engaged in art jamming , and shared a meal — fostering camaraderie and community spirit .
SJI NPCC has demonstrated unity and resilience , achieving excellence while serving the wider community .
