Chief Physical Training Instructor : SGT ( NPCC ) San Juan Monico at the same time , allowing the Unit to bond as a whole through various team-based activities . In addition , both the Adventure and Survival Training Camps conducted by the Cadet Inspectors also served to develop and nurture our cadets ’ self-reliance , resilience and leadership skills . With the experiences acquired from all these camps , our NPCC cadets will be moulded into competent Cadet Leaders who will lead the Unit in the future .

Continuing the Legacy As the year reached the halfway mark , it also signified the handing over of command from the Secondary 4 cadets to the Secondary 3 cadets . Sergeant Muhammad Riaz took over the position of Chairman from Station Inspector Ngoh Ye Han Mark . After assuming leadership positions , the Secondary 3 cadets will have bigger roles to play . The Unit believes that the new batch of Cadet Leaders would be able to continue the legacy left behind by their seniors and help the Unit exceed expectations . In particular , the Cadet Leaders will hold the Silver Cane Award – a milestone prize for attaining the UOPA Gold Award for 5 consecutive years – in their sight . Immense team work is critical in achieving the coveted award and the Cadet Leaders will undoubtedly put in their best efforts to realise the goals set for them .
