1) We comment about what students have told
us before. Hayssam points out that:
- Students don’t realize, but they do LEAPS all
the time because it’s not only the projects, but
a new methodology too.
- Students at High Tech High do 2 hours project
every day.

The fairy tale project - Grade 7
FINAL TASK: A book where every student or
team writes three stories (Danish, English and
German.)
PROCEDURE:
● Brainstorming and Glossary
● Instructions, tasks and deadlines
● Students give feedback on their
classmates’ tasks (ONE particular topic is
given, f.e. layout, a grammar point…
every time)
● Students correct their tales with their
classmates’ feedback.
● Teachers correct the final product.
Hayssam uses PADLET to work with his students on
their projects.
