RobCooper.UK 2017 Smile You are going to feel nervous, but remember to Smile! A smile helps to break the ice, helps you relax and build rapport with your interview panel. It will also make you appear to be more approachable and friendly to talk too. Maintain a Good Posture Walk into the interview room with confidence. Sit upright in the chair, be interested and alert by leaning slightly forward in your chair and engaged with your interview panel. Don’t slouch in your chair as this could indicate that you don’t want to be in the interview. Staring at the door and being more interested in what is going on outside is another indicator that you are disengaged from the interview process, and considered rude. www.robcooper.uk 4
