Give control over to learner

Sharing a Web Browser allows all training session attendees to view all Web pages
that you access and any interactions that you make with a Web page. Attendees can
view web pages on the Internet, your Agencies' Intranet, or on you computer.
–
While sharing a Web Browser, you can annotate it or any Web page that you access
and share annotation with attendees. Check with your specific VCT tool for specific
features and benefits.

Annotate
Now lets look at interactivity. That is, how can you communicate with your learners
and how can they respond to you. You can chat with participants or request feedback
from your participants. In your instructional design, ensure the interactivity matches
the task required by the objectives.
Using Chat
You can send and receive chat messages to and from training session participants. All
chat messages that you either send or receive appear in you Chat message box.
During a training session, the presenter can specify chat privileges for all participants.
These privileges determine to whom participants can send chat messages. Your
leader’s guide should recommend what privileges should be enabled.
Chat is useful for you to send a private message to another participant, send brief
information to all participants or ask a question, but do not want to interrupt the
presenter. It also allows participants to privately say hello to their constituents.

Asking and receiving feedback from your participants is an important aspect to the classroom.
Feedback is a feature that allows the presenter to pose a question at any time, either verbally
during the webinar or in a Chat message. Participants are then able to give you feedback.
