Melissa Sanches has been a full-time bilingual REALTOR ® since June 2012 . She feels it ’ s an honor to have the opportunity to assist people through the process of buying , selling or investing in properties across the North Texas region . She loves to assist people in all chapters of life to accomplish their real estate goals .
The University of North Texas brought her to Denton in 2003 and she fell in love with the area . She obtained a Bachelor ’ s in Psychology , graduating with honors . This educational background allows her to ease stress for and negotiate in favor of her clients . Her story is one of determination and breaking a long-standing cycle of poverty in her family . She says that she recalls as a child not having a place to call home , enduring years of living in shelters , housing projects or at times with other family members . Knowing that feeling fuels her to work tirelessly to help families accomplish the everlasting American dream of home ownership .
She has been recognized consecutively for several years nationally with National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals , plus locally with North DFW Real Producers , 360 West , and Top Ten . As a Latina business owner , she is proud to serve on the Board of CENTURY 21 ® Hispanic Advisory Council . CENTURION ® Award Status and President ’ s Quality Service Awards are a result of how much she cares for her clients , even after the sale .

Ruth Geisler has lived in the North Texas area since 1982 and has been a real estate professional since 1991 . She is a broker associate and has been a Top Producer in her office in North Fort Worth for the past several consecutive years .
