An 8th generation Native Texan , Shane Yarbrough knows North Texas better than almost anyone you could meet ! In his 50 years of living in the DFW Metroplex , which includes growing up in Carrollton , attending Jesuit College Preparatory in Dallas and the University of North Texas in Denton , he ’ s seen farms and fields turned into communities , and dirt roads turned into major highways . As Assistant to the Regional Sales Manager in the Frisco / McKinney Regional Office , Shane has dedicated himself to training and helping other agents become successful real estate professionals through the creation of The Solution Group . He is detail-oriented , specific , thorough , knowledgeable , communicative , and professional . Earning the CENTURY 21 ® Quality Service Award every year since beginning his career and being named a D Magazine Best Real Estate Agent in 2021 , he has a true servant ’ s heart , going above and beyond to help others with all their real estate needs . Shane will tell you that the credit to his genesis as a real estate professional belongs solely to his wife , Sarrah , who convinced him to get a real estate license in 2014 , and without her support , along with their three dogs at home , being named CENTURION ® would not have been possible .

At the start of 2021 , Terri ’ s goal was to become a CENTURION ®, and she is thrilled to have made that dream a reality . She says this achievement would not be possible without the support of her best friend and business partner , Garrett , children and extended family . What began as a passion for interior design and staging homes soon turned into an 18-year real estate career . She has loved every minute of it – the business aspect of contracts and negotiations , the lifelong relationships and the continued education opportunities as a Certified Residential Specialist ( CRS ), Accredited Buyers Representative ( ABR ®), Certified Military Representative ( CMRS ) and Accredited Shopping Center Manager ( ASM ) designated agent . She genuinely enjoys helping people with one of the largest investments they will make in their lifetime . Outside of real estate , giving back to the community is an important part of her life . She is honored to serve as vice president of the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation alongside members of the Judge Fite family . As the proud dog mom of her rescue , Joey , she also volunteers with multiple animal rescue and outreach organizations through fostering , fundraising , monthly financial contributions and delivering donations around the community .
