Kaki Lybbert ( ABR ®, BPOR , C2EX , CRS , SRES ®), a REALTOR ® from Copper Canyon , Texas , and 2022 Vice President of the National Association of REALTORS ® ( NAR ) with authority of Advocacy , has been a REALTOR ® for 27 years . Kaki has been with CENTURY21 Judge Fite Company in Denton , Texas since 1997 . She is passionate about sharing the importance of advocacy issues with her industry peers and NAR members . Kaki has served as chair of NAR ’ s REALTORS ® Political Action Committee Major Investor Council , Corporate Investor Council , and RPAC Fundraising Forum . Kaki was one of the first 300 nationwide to have completed the C2EX Certification of Excellence . She was the Chair of the Texas Association of REALTORS ® in 2018 . She previously served Texas Association of REALTORS ® as Secretary / Treasurer , chairman-elect and state chair of Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee . Kaki has served on numerous other committees and boards in her community .

Kaki lives in North Texas with her husband , Dallas attorney Roger Foster , and their dog , Nelson . Kaki ’ s father was president of the Dallas Homebuilders Association . Her son , Chase , works in oil and gas . Her daughter , Katie , is a registered nurse who works for Kaki , and Katie ’ s husband , Jodie Hargus , is a REALTOR ®. Kaki studied business administration at Louisiana State University , though her family also cheers for University of Oklahoma and Texas Christian University football . A fifth-generation Texan and history buff , Kaki enjoys diving into genealogy . Her family ’ s favorite getaway is their riverfront property in Arkansas .

Mary ’ s family relocated from her hometown in Ohio for her husband ’ s job in 2012 . After much research , they settled in the quaint town of Midlothian . Shortly after relocating , the potential of earning a great living was evident by the influx of others relocating to the area . After two years of commuting one hour each way , she decided to go for it and began taking online real estate classes while working full-time .
In May 2014 , Mary became a dual agent . In October 2014 , she took a leap of faith resigning from her 17-year career with the phone company . No longer a slave to her boss or paycheck , she was finally able to have a quality of life , allowing her to take her 12-year-old daughter to and from school while attending her events since she now had control of her schedule .
Mary began her career in the food service industry at age 15 , kicking off her experience in customer service and sales . “ Would you like to biggie size your combo for just 39 cents more ?” She began her marketing career as a product manager with the phone company in 2007 . While working full-time , Mary attended college part-time earning her Associate ’ s Degree in Accounting , Bachelor ’ s in Business Administration and Master ’ s in Business Administration ( MBA ).
