The orphanage grew into a system of 14 schools in remote villages,
feeding programs to bolster nutrition, a medical outreach centered around
the Jesus Healing Center and other remote clinics, with vaccination,
vitamin and deworming programs. Love A Child provides many fresh
water wells for villages, and promotes family gardening and there are
even training facilities for Tilapia fish farming and carpentry.
