Is exercise on your list ?
By Christina Lucy — Fitness professional , here we are in January . It ’ s the start of a brand new year ! Have you noticed this is a time when many people dedicate themselves to making some changes ? Often getting more exercise is at the top of the list . I ’ ve taught exercise classes for most of my adult life and I ’ ve seen a few patterns . Nothing gives me greater joy than to help others feel better , laugh more and enjoy the body they are in . The first half of the class is easy strengthening exercises using light weights , bands and tubes . The second half of the class is stretching and relaxing . The investment for this class is $ 90 for six weeks or a $ 10 drop-in rate per class . There are a great variety of classes offered here in Charbonneau — Yoga , Chair Fitness , Body Sculpt , Essentrics ( Aging Backwards ), just to name a few .
