Visualization Technique- When you are feeling a heavy energy or emotion that you can ' t seem to shake , or pinpoint where exactly it is coming from within your body , this is an indicator something needs to release , shift , or is blocked . Find a quiet time and place . Begin to connect with your breath . Take your time , inhale and exhale , sit with the emotion that is arising for as long as you need . Instead of bypassing or ignoring your emotions you must give them space to breathe . See what stories your mind has created , figure out the events , people or places the emotion is associated with - it is important to give them the chance to speak and tell you why they are there , otherwise they will resurface over and over in more insidious forms .
Identify what the trigger is and where in your body the heaviness is . Let your intuition guide the way . Now , visualize and isolate the emotion in your body , and feel it getting lighter and lighter until it dissolves , or shrinking smaller and smaller until it is a small speck . Then , with your breath and visualization , release and let it go . Ground it off , down to the center of the Earth .
