Students had a chance to participate in trivia questions that allowed them to answer questions regarding HBCU ' s and win gift cards to support HBCU ' s which is a clothing line whose sole mission is to uplift , inspire & encourage others to support HBCU ' s .

Psi Alpha Omega Celebrates 15 Years of Service
Stockbridge , GA – Psi Alpha Omega Chapter celebrated 15 years of service with a " Pink Crystal and Ice " virtual event , looking back on all the years serving Clayton and Henry Counties communities . The chapter was greeted by charter members and celebrated the accomplishments of each former and current basileus . The chapter held its end of year meeting and awards celebration in " Pink Pizzazz " attire , recognizing the " Soror of The Year ," Soror Kathleen Hope Conyers ; the chapter ' s first Golden Soror voted Soror of the Year . Soror Eboness LeFlore Tailo was awarded the " Budding Soror of the Year ." Soror Bettrena Dortch was named " Queen of Sisterly Spirit ." Additionally , sorors were named " Hedgeman Heroes ," " Pink Pillars ," " Outstanding Committee Chairmen ," and " Creative Genius ." A virtual picture collage was created to capture members in their Pink Pizzazz attire . The chapter closed out the month with a " December to Remember Virtual Christmas Concert ," hosted by the sisterly relations committee . Greetings were provided by Soror Karen Greer and Soror Leah Ward Sears , Georgia ' s first black Supreme Court Justice . In addition , renowned local musicians played festive holiday tunes to a virtual audience . Sorors were able to culminate the year in sisterly love and fellowship .

The Women ' s Healthcare and Wellness committee hosted the third of the Pink Table Talk series titled " Superwoman Syndrome ". This virtually discussion was a celebration for our caregivers dedicated to our National Caregiver ' s Day . Our guest speaker Jaye Peabody Smith , DMV , MS , LPC , CPCS led the discussion providing guidance on self-care with Mrs . Brandy Moody as the moderator . We ended the year with the Pink Table Talk topic " Moving Beyond Grief and Loneliness ." This was a discussion on mental health and selfcare . Panelists included Dr . Sherri Broadwater and Tau Pi Omega ' s , Soror Ikeranda Smith and Ms .

Phi Pi Omega Empowers Women Entrepreneurs in Ghana
Tyrone , GA – Phi Pi Omega Chapter launched its virtual webinar series , -Conversations for Global Women Entrepreneurs ,” a progressive approach to empowering women entrepreneurs , particularly in Ghana , to operate and grow their businesses . In partnership with the Fabulous Woman Network ( FWN ) in Ghana , an organization with 3,000 members located on the West Coast of Africa , the three-part webinar series was hosted live on the chapter ' s Facebook page and consisted of three themed panel conversations entitled , " It Costs to be the Boss ," " Branding You ," and " Bossing Up .” The discussions covered how to start a business and finance management ; customer relations , marketing and brand building on social media ; and maintaining and growing your business in unexpected times . Stone Mountain , GA – Tau Pi Omega Chapter concluded with the final two programs in the Pink Table Talk virtual series . The final two discussions
Celebrating 100 Years of Ivy Leaf ® Magazine have been viewed more than 7,000 times and reached more than 15,000 online viewers . The chapter wanted to support the businesses of the Ghanaian women by providing funds via a business pitch contest . Participants submitted videos on how the financial prize would help pivot their business . The chapter awarded ten winners with prizes ranging from $ 100 to $ 1,000 dollars .
