She is CEO of her independent surgical practice and currently serves as Senior Oral Examiner and Associate Written Examination Committee member for the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery . She is also a member of the Diversity , Equity , and Inclusion and Self-Assessment Committees for the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery .
