The PLC automatically controls each phase of the process following the program settings according to the polymer to be treated , constantly controlling the temperature directly on the component under treatment and maintaining an optimal thermal profile along the whole process , in order to optimise the cleaning effect and avoid damage due to too high temperatures ( deformation , cracks and surface charring ). Cleantech requires only a power supply and compressed air at 8 bar , while the nitrogen generator is integrated into the machine , making the system completely independent . The system does not even need an extractor hood or special ducts for the evacuation of fumes , as it is equipped with a catalytic exhaust system which does not release harmful gases or particles into the environment . As a result it can be installed almost anywhere .
